Book a 1 bedroom cabin and it was excellent check in was easy and those’re very friendly and knowledgeable and recommended an excellent dining option would definitely return

A Very beautiful and quiet place to enjoy. Thank you for your great hospitality. The clean cabin were set with all you need, the sea with its fresh air and clean environment make it all the sweet memories of Camp Waipu Cove.

Very nice to be very close to the beach and hear the waves. Be aware that there will be lake flies and they do get in when you open the door to your cabin. The shared bathroom was kept clean.

We loved being able to hear the roar of the ocean, which was only a few steps away. Great having playgrounds for kids so close by too. Our place was clean, and we had everything we needed. Bit of an ant infestation going on that needs to be taken care of. Food options are limited and very expensive. Overall, a very beautiful place and would go there again.

The beautiful Waipu Cove beach is just a short walk from any of our cabins and camp sites. We have the Cove Cafe located 200m from the camp entrance and the Pizza Barn, Chinese, Indian, Thai options along with great cafes in Waipu town which is about a 5 minute drive from the camp. We will look into the ants in the cabin thank you. We look forward to welcoming you back next time :)

Really great service and facilities. Cabin is clean and comfortable. Appliances and kitchen items are good quality and all you need is provided.A welcome txt following check in was really helpful and a nice touch. Can’t think of anything that needs adding or improving. All round excellent place to stay. Thanks for the great service.

This camp is a hidden gem. The unit was spacious, clean and the sound of the ocean was amazing. Checkin staff is friendly and the colorful paintings on the walls outside was beautiful. I will make a point to travel here yearly. The kitchen cabin was very modern

We loved our stay at Waipu Cove, no sea view but we were so close to the beach. Lovely clean facilities and lovely restaurant nearby. Helpful staff told us zbout things to do in tge area.

Not a lot of dining options available but we did go on a Monday when apparently everything is closed. There was no body wash in the shower. That would’ve been quite helpful as I did not bring toiletries. Also I more routine check would be great for the facilities as there was a a bit of trash on the floor. Other than that is was amazing!

A one bedroom en site cabin just behind the dunes so 50m to the beach. Nice grounds with flowering trees, great murals on all the facility buildings. Good rules on noise etc.

There is a boom gate and too many speed bumps.Bed was not made up and linen and towels had to be rented.
