Bath room drainage and water spilling need to be taken care of as it had led to ugly and unhygienic mold build-up on bath room walls (Room#131, where I stayed).

Room quality was very good. Buffet was excellent. Service was average, staff took lot of time to attend to requests. At checkin, they said would give free extra bed but it was charged at checkout. Minibar was overpriced.

The room conditions were average.The customer service is very poor.The Manager Vinoth attitude was very bad.They do not treat us well.Not worth the money.The breakfast they provide is of low quality.The ambiance is also very bad. Stayed: March 2018, travelled with family
