The Goodwood Hotel

"We had a garden room which was lovely. Large and comfy bed. Lovely large room and en suite. All the staff were all kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was well worth it and delicious. The leisure complex was well appointed, clean and a pleasure to use. I think that the only thing I wasnโt so keen on was the bar. It felt a bit of an afterthought and was uninviting which was a shame. We will definitely stay there again."

"Lovely large sized family room. Completely clean & good quality linen. Really quiet, despite road location. Copious tea & coffee supplies too, no rushing to get another tea bag if it split with the silly string thing. Double bed was soft but supportive, the pillows the same. The extra single was an actual bed & not a roll away/sofa bed which removed any moaning from the mini one. Moaning also reduced with having an actual bath, not just a shower. Small wins which made our stay really pleasant. Plus the staff were really welcoming, polite, kind & helpful. Everyone won, would stay again."

"The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great, as well as the jacuzzi. The steam rooms and saunas were just like regular warm rooms but not hot enough Iโm afraid, they were also too small and a bit of a let down so didnโt use them. The beds at the hotel rooms were squeaky, you can find much better quality bed at a Premier inn or Travelodge. For such an expensive place you also had poor wiring hanging from the TV and it didnโt feel as โpremiumโ for the price youโre paying."

"The staff was 110% outstanding at checking and check out and during our stay. We would like to express our gratitude to the night porter who was unable to put our wake up 2.30am calls though to our two rooms, the port came to our two rooms to make sure that we was awake. We would also like to say a big thank you for our packed gab and go breakfast being ready for our onward travels to LHR airport at check out. Thank you to all the staff making our stay enjoyable as your accommodation was so handy for our access to Hove County Cricket grounds where our grandson was playing a night match."
