"Our stay was excellent at EMA. It's close to Zurich HB train station as well as the bus/tram stop. It's safe and quiet around the area. The receptionists were approachable and nice. "We loved how close it was to Everything and how easy transport from Here was. We did not enjoy how hot our room was at night and if we had the window open it would fill our room with the smell of Cigarettes. It's on a Main Street so lots of cars. And the toilet was hard to get to. "

"Did not receive an email or message about the check in process prior to arrival and had to call the host once arrived as could not get into the building. Got resolved quickly via Whatsapp and a phone call but still not ideal. Other than the not-so-good check-in the room was nice, had all you needed to cook, and was in a good central location near Zurich HB and tram stops."

"best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
