"This hotel is stunning!
We really enjoyed our stay albeit too short as we were only overnighting.
The room was clean in bright colours with a view over the valley.
The swimming pool and sun deck were ideal to enjoy the sunshine.
Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time."
"We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from."
"Really nice location, had a larger than expected room which was a result. Chose hotel based on reviews about views and being on the 3rd floor was impressive. Spent each evening out on the balcony enjoying the view.
The hotel is i think mainly used by walkers/hikers, the surrounding area has many paths. Not far from the main street with its shop and a couple of bars/restaurants but the walk back up the hill will be a bit of a mission. We used the car. There is parking along the side of the hotel.
Ingolf is the owner of the hotel, he is a friendly guy who trys to make your stay welcoming."
"Modern converted mill, next to the train station.
Everything clean and tidy, apart from the supplied and much needed fan (No AC). It was full of hair and dust, not ideal really.
Had to sleep with windows open, during 35'c heat.
Check in was a bit of a faff with digital registration and needing passport images all before you got access to the code to let you in. (My code didn't arrive, so i had to call a helpful woman who sorted it for me)
In total took over 20min to "check in" at a time when you just wanted to drop your bags and rest."
"Very friendly welcome and pleasant room. However the noise from the lift was very unwelcome and went on until midnight. We were in room 41 first after reception and also had noise from other guests as they passed our door. Otherwise a very nice hotel and lovely buffet dinner and breakfast."
