Really nice hotel with modern and clean decor. The rooms are really comfortable and big. Only issue is the area the hotel is in - a little run down, lots of homeless people.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,004 reviews)
The staff was very kind but for two days we had a terrible time getting housekeeping to clean our suite! We called and had confirmation multiple times throughout the day they would come- never came. Even had to go to the front desk at 11p to beg to just get clean towels- that still took forever. Very big disappointment. Also there was a creepy hole in the floor by the tv.
