"It suited me perfectly. Very Quiet and in a beautiful country area. Breakfast was nice. Loved all the animals Llamas, goats, geese, chickens, kittens and a lovely golden Labrador. This would be paradise for a young family."

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Overall this was a very nice stay. Our room was spacious and very quaint with a nice little balcony. The hotel gave us a free bus pass for our stay. We were able to ride the bus to Salzburg and back without any problems. The breakfast buffet was good. Ramona at the front desk was very helpful when we arrived. "

"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Great Castle Hotel with nice courtyard and amazing breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. We stayed in a nice large suite with 2 stories, one for each bedroom and bathroom and kids absolutely loved it Not too many dining options late in the evening so need to drive out of Mondsee for that but otherwise decent restaurants just minutes away."

"The reception staff member was so welcoming and set the tone for us. The hotel room and facilities were wonderful. The saunas and relaxing spaces were most impressive and helped us relax after a long journey to Eugendorf, and again the following day after a thorough exploration of Salzburg. Breakfast very good. We all enjoyed it.The free bus service was an extra bonus to and from Salzburg. Couldn't fault our stay apart from it wasn't long enough and we are going to return in the autumn. Lovely!! "

"Dont book through a third party website as you need a hotel issued bookijg reference to check in after 6pm as no human manned reception, only a computer on the putside of the building. We booked at 5pm. By 6.15pm we still hadnt got the correct booking reference issued by the hotel and had to call customer services. The email with correct booking code on didnt comw through u til after 11pm. Terrible service!! Also some furniture on the room like the barhroom a inet, had the door broken off it when we arrived. Just looked a mess. Lots of noise from other residents as the floor are wood so all the noises of footsteps and chairs being moved etc bangs through the floors."
