"NO STARS
This busted and broke down hotel. #Gross
Im going through a $400 bank dispute with these ppl now because they charged my card at 4am but somehow can't refund it 🤔
It's soooo much more negative things to say about these ppl but I just want my Money back. #Ugh PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE. They need to shut this place down full of addicts and scamming hustlers...that includes staff. I wouldn't book my dog here."
"This place is so nice! It’s perfectly located for the two concert venues that are within walking distance. The staff were sooooo friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back!"

"To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well."
"I had a few issues with the stay. At first I was given a key to a dirty room. It took some time to finally get a key to a clean room. I was in a bit of a hurry so this was an inconvenience. Then the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. It was really difficult to sleep with the noise. It would have been nice to know in advance so that I could have brought ear plugs. The hotel is beautifully remodeled, now you just need to fix the air conditioners and you’ll have an amazing hotel."
"This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! It was obvious the cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. They moved us to a new room, which was cleaner but still smelled awful and had a poorly functioning AC unit. Our room never got below 75 even with the AC set at 60. The complementary breakfast included hot water that came out brown, a broken decanter for regular coffee so no way to actually get any and so many grounds in the decaf you would have to chew it. I honestly have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel and will never come to this one again. Save your money and sanity and go pick a different hotel!"
