The stay was nice, the room was decent. Breakfast was great for the kids and the coffee was good and 24/7. The outside was pretty gross and they were having some technical difficulties, but the staff was very helpful.

We were not allowed to check in. They said Hotels.com did not send the reservation to them. I'm not sure who to blame about that, but the property itself was a converted apartment complex, and had sketchy characters wandering the parking lot, and a lot of pot smell.
