"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

Der lå en dug i vaskemaskinen og nogle rengørings klude i tørretumbleren, flere ting i køkkenet var nedslidte (ødelagte grydelåg, elendig brødkniv, manglende håndtag på en køkkenskuffe). Efter at have brugt badekarret var der vand over hele gulvet. TV'et opgave vi at få til at fungere - det var ellers nogle store flotte TV skærme. Vi savnede at kunne se DR og TV2. Havde nok forventet at alt stod i tip top stand, men det var ikke tilfældet."
