"We didn’t get to spend much time at the property. However love the location. Everything was amazing. Chocolate chip cookies at checking in was a good touch."
"The price that I agreed to pay Hotels.com online wasn't the price. This unusual property in the suburbs only has vallet parking, with almost no other options nearby. So, although it appeared to be $30 less than other nearby properties, it wasn't when the parking was included, it was the same rate as other properties.
This was misleading and untruthful.
The food was also very limited, especially for a healthy eater.
The billing was misleading an confusing. My final bill shows no charges. So, am going ot have to work on figuring out my expenses.
The room was nice, though not worth the effort."
"Perfect place to stay with our daughter! She loved the pool, and the lobby restaurant had games and blocks that her and other kids loved, and had no issue with our dog there as well.
Easy transit connections too, F street car was 2 blocks away, and 28 and 30 buses were right out front.
Francisco Park (which has a playground and an incredible view) was a quick walk uphill, and some food and coffee options right around the hotel. Would highly recommend for families.
Only downside was parking costs, but we ended up using SpotHero for parking at a garage a few blocks down."
"Hotel was clean and well cared for, air conditioning unit is size of a washing machine and sounds like an aircraft in the room with varying temperature through the night. Location is good if you want really touristy area. A long queue for checkin and breakfast like a school canteen. It’s okay but wouldn’t stay here again"
"Decent downtown hotel. It's a little old but rooms were quite spacious. Staff was good, but there is no dedicated concierge staff, 2hich could have been helpful. Wifi was strong. Breakfast was a standard breakfast from attached restaurant, which was good, but there was only one choice."
