"I was pleasantly surprised how nice and affordable the hotel was. This was my first time ever staying at Baymont. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms & pool were clean and organized. I will definitely use Baymont services in the future."

"The 2 days, I was there , there was not a person at the front desk. They had a camera and someone would come around the corner. At times I would see someone waiting 10 minutes for help. One of my associates said he had a cold shower. My water was just the opposite. I did not have cold water. The restaurant staff was very good. Very helpful and had great service."

"Our stay was very good. Staff and property were top notch. Evening bar and snack were not of our liking. Skipped both nights events. Breakfast bar was a 10 on our first day's stay however, the second morning's bar was not as good as the morning before. The breakfast potatoes were hard as though they were left over from the previous day and were uneatable. Same meat and eggs as were served on our first day's stay. Thus, skip the breakfast and evening food bars and plan on going out on your own."

"Entrance from street is less than ideal. Water shut off 9PM - 1AM however notification was posted at front desk when checking in. Disappointed no MLB Network on the TV. Was unable to check out on TV as service was down. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Overall great stay and will stay again if ever in Springfield"

"We enjoy staying here when we take our annual road trip across the country. Very dog friendly, convenient and close to the highway. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good, but could be better (They need better toasters, food could be warmer or at least they could have a microwave to reheat). There are a lot of choices though. I wish they catered more to vegetarian/vegan customers (but that’s an issue at every hotel). Overall great! We will be back."
