"We actually didn't stay here. The building was sketchy and in much worse shape then advertised in the photos. It's a motel with doors on the outside, which wasn't clear from the photos. The hallway area was very scary and I did not feel safe staying there with my kids and dog. Thankfully, the staff at the desk along with the hotels.com staff granted us a refund."

"Accessible room was just that, accessible (one negative: it was on the first floor, but at the very back of the hallway). Excellent breakfast! My disabled partner found the bed at a good height, and comfortable. Sufficient and convenient number of accessible parking spaces. Convenient location to the highway and a main street."

"We’re a couple with a 3 year old and this place was perfect! We were here visiting family but also to do wonders of wildlife, the caves etc. the staff was super friendly and helpful and the amenities were perfect for a family. They even upgraded our room upon arrival since they were slow the days we were supposed to be here. We ended up extending our trip one more day because we loved the hotel so much and wanted a little more time. I especially loved having the Starbucks coffee right here in the hotel. We were able to go out and do activities in the morning, come back for a nap and some pool time and then go back out in the evening. It is clean, quiet, a great location and a unique stay for families that you wouldn’t expect in Springfield, Mo! We will definitely stay here again!!!"

"The staff was very kind, and the room was modern, and a good size. However, the TV picture was all kind of a blue color, which is not a deal breaker, but the cleanliness was not to my expectations. Yes, I am particular about cleanliness, and I look closely, but the bathroom had hair in multiple places. On towels, and behind the sink by the mirror. The toilet was dirty where the seat was folded up. We just stayed at a marriot out of state, and I was perfectly happy there, this just was not clean. But the pool was fun, and breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was helpful and kind."

"Got there about 20 minutes before kickback ended, staff was wonderful and we got to eat and drink before it ended. We swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. Both were clean and functional, which isn't always the case at other hotels we have been to. Breakfast was delicious. 100% would recommend."

It is a clean, maintained, safe and comfortable budget friendly place to spend a day or two. If you are looking for brand new, super modern, this isn't your place.
