"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"The room was spotless, roomy, and supplied with updated features. Large flatscreen, plenty of USBs, touch controls, etc. Breakfast was well done with plenty of variety. Coffee machines offered any kind you’d want. Staff was exceptional!!! Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated."
