"We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well.
Also, they did not have fresh coffee. They had Tasters Choice instant coffee. Very low class.
The hotel was not expensive, so I guess I can’t complain too much. You get what you pay for.

8/10 Good
"Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone the entire time he was drivign back to the hotel. "Everything about the stay was great. Front receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and everything was stocked. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the hallway had a smell to it but besides that everything was amazing, I would definitely stay here again. "
"The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel near a mall with a cinema multiplex. The night we stayed thete were groups of students that rose at 4 am on Monday morning making the corridor on the 2nd floor a bit noisy school break on calendar)."

4/10 Poor
"Parking was fine. Breakfast was fine. The room condition was poor. The room was very dim. One bedside lamp not working and poor light from the other bedside lamp and desk lamp. No floor lamp by chair and the only overhead light by the door took a while to warm up to full brightness. The tub had obviously been refinished and was badly peeling in multiple places. The flange of the shower was loose. The knob and shower knob almost required two hands to turn - need WD-40. Honestly the shower was gross and I wouldn’t have used it if I was not staying multiple days. Light switch covers were dingy, cheap and did not match decor. Bottom panel from HVAC unit missing and wiring visible. Refrigerator did not seem cool enough for me to trust putting food in it. The security bar on the door was loose and I had to McGyver the screws back in with some nail clippers so it was secure. One room key stopped working.the bed was comfortable. There was a new well lit mirror in the bathroom. I stayed here many years ago and it was very nice, but obviously the rooms or at least this one have not been maintained. Front desk offered no information and the QR code gave extremely minimal info. The Direct TV options were terrible. I know it is not a high dollar hotel, but I definitely will not stay again and did not think it was worth the cost. I’m in that area once a month at least now in a hotel because my mom moved to assisted living and I can’t stay with her anymore. I would have been a regular"
