"PROS: Nice room, with a fab bed and mattress. Lovely and clean, also had a fridge which we were grateful for as it was super warm out. Staff friendly and helpful. "In general wasnt that bad, the service was very nice, polite. However, the room is more to stay for a night but not to have nice relaxing time. THe dinner was terrible, again, service nice, but food wasnt good. However, the room was clean, bathroom small but also clean. "

"Hotel is telefonisch niet bereikbaar na 18.00. Kamers zijn verouderd, vast tapijt vloer is aan opfrissing toe. Idem voor ontbijtzaal. Handdoeken werden niet ververst, kamer niet gepoetst. Werd nergens melding van gemaakt. Niemand beschikbaar aan receptie om nieuwe handdoeken te vragen. Kwaliteit ontbijt was goed."

Easy parking underneath the hotel and good breakfast, but get there early as it can fill up at weekends Worth paying a little more for a room at the rear of the hotel with a very attractive outdoor patio"

Very positive surprised by the theme rooms, surroundings etc. It was a very positive stay - and we will definately come again... If I should come with an improvement - it would be a better selection for kids for breakfast beside of egg and bread."

"The day we arrived the road to the front was under repair and closed. It would have been helpful to have been given the heads up and told where we would be best parking. Other than that the accommodation exceeded our expectations and was a welcome surprise after our dismal stay in the hotel the night prior. Unfortunately they were closed for the night so no dinner available Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again "

"My room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean. From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure. "

"Great location, opposite Münster Haupbahnhof. The room looked like it had recently been decorated and it was done to a good standard. My only criticisms are that the pillows were so soft they affected both mine and my husband's sleep, and that there was no way to stop the maid coming in. We'd rather not have had the maid come in daily. Other than that the room was very good, location ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful. "
