After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. ...

From walking through the doors we were made to feel welcome, the room was on the 4th floor and was a twin as requested. The room was very clean and beds comfy, I loved the rainfall shower didn't want to get out. Can highly recommend a stay here as perfect for the tram and very close to Piccadilly ...
