The hotel staff were excellent - professional, courteous, available and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was large, luxurious, and clean. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely indoor heated pool area and sauna which was included. We would definitely stay here again if we revisited Warsaw."

"I've stayed at this hotel four times and I love it. The location is ideal for tourists, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, the restaurant has superb food, the staff is friendly, the rooms, while small and towels that are too thin, are pleasant. The windows open for fresh air! There is a sweet children's corner in the lobby with toys - it's wonderful to hear children laughing! I am planning to return in a few months for another stay. Perhaps the most reliably pleasant hotel I know of. "

From hotel Exit right and walk straight, cross over 1st street you meet and keep straight. Will see bus step. You want 175. From airport walk to bus stop exit head left. Get off Zamkoway stop. Exit bus head right. Will end up in square by royal palce. 4 zloty versus 60zloty for taxi. Also, taxi driver tried to charge me 100 zloty for...

"Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a spectacular view of the heart of Old Town. Service was outstanding. Only drawbacks — no elevator and a steep staircase, and the taxi dropped us at the wrong entrance to the square. "

"I stayed in a private room with a shower attached. Check in was quick and easy, the hostel was in a superb location just a couple of minutes from the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a selection of tea and coffee along with a kettle and cups. Only disappointing thing was no milk and no spoons. I had a view down onto the street below which was great! I would stay again! "

While it's not walkable to tourist areas, it's just a few minutes walk to the metro, trams and busses that take you right to old town, central Warsaw and places of interest.
