"The hotel is in a good location. We had two rooms for one night. One was very modern, with a modern bathroom. The other was larger but a little more tired. Both were good value! There was ample parking within the hotels 3 carparks. The breakfast was fine but with slightly limited choice. The hotel was dog friendly which was great - and there was a dog friendly area in there restaurant. The staff were all friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Really lovely hotel in a perfect position to enjoy lots of lovely walks in and around Teignmouth. Hotel clean and warm. Friendly, helpful staff. Added bonus of a pool. Highly recommended and we will be returning very soon."

"We are regular visitors to the Grand, and after a dip around a year ago, are pleased to say the breakfasts are back as good as ever. Our room had been recently decorated and with the exception of loose shelf in the bathroom was in a great condition."

"The rooms were comfy but fairly small - bathroom was fairly basic no space to put a bath bag. We were charged £15/day for parking which I think is a bit steep when you have already paid for a room, its not v welcoming when you arrive. The spa facilities were excellent, probably the best in the area. Room service food (after 9pm) was pretty poor. lukewarm soup, stale sandwich. breakfast was fairly good though."

"We had a weekend away and enjoyed our room with a sea view. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Parking was difficult one night as they had a private function on who took all of the spaces. Staff were always helpful and we would stay again."
