I went back to talk to them that we made a reservation for Grand Mesa and then he gave out the tent after discussing with his boss. The staff knew that I had the grand mesa for sure and yet played as if he did not know when he already had the key in his hand when I came back to talk to him. "

"We picked this hotel specifically for the EV chargers that they offer. Unfortunately they require an app to pay, and that app only works with iPhone. The Android version keeps crashing. I had to take my car to another hotel to charge overnight and Uber back and forth for 3 days. What a pain. Staff couldn't get it to work on their android devices either. Management refused to work with me because "other guests got it to work". "
