Small, quaint hotel with nice downstairs dining room and lounge. Disappointed cuz the rooftop lounge was only open Saturday night and that is not clear on website where pics are taken from the rooftop views, but no access except Sat.

Secondly, we do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our Perch rooftop hours. It is operated seasonally so starting early May, we will have it opened Thursday - Saturday night as well as Saturday & Sunday for brunch and we will try to better display said hours for future guests. We hope to house you again if you find yourself back in the area :)
Great new hotel everything was almost perfect. However, check in was a nightmare. Someone made a mistake and gave our room to someone else. They gave us a smaller room and refunded part of our money we paid for the larger nicer room a week in advance; not happy.

Krystal who was the server during breakfast was truly amazing! She is a true asset to the hotel! Other than her, I was not happy at all with the service. Housekeeping never came to our room to clean or do anything. They came to the door one of the afternoons to ask if we needed anything. I asked her to come back in an hour to do our bed and replace towels etc and it never happened. Very lacks service. Will never stay again here, or suggest this place.

Was bummed the rooftop wasn’t open despite calling ahead and asking questions about it a few times. Very close to the ballpark, which was our main reason for going. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff was very nice and helpful and made check-in very easy. Room was Great!! My Wife and I are guest of the Pittsburgh Pirates (Father was a former Player) nice and easy walk to the ballpark!! Everything has been Perfect!!

Was in DC for a game at Audi Field which was 1-2 blocks from hotel. Felt safe walking nearby. Several restaurants a few blocks away. Hotel is very nice, new, modern and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Great value... modern rooms spacy... i did see another person's review that the walls are thin. I can testify that there is a lot of spillover noise. But still well worth it.

Hotel property is great. Staff is personable and very helpful. The area around the hotel
is undergoing major construction, I cannot wait to see it when it’s done. The walk to the riverfront is less than five minutes where there’s a lot of restaurants, the paths by the river are great for walking. National Stadium and Audi Field are a stone throw away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything about this place was nice and my only complaint would be that there were a lot of hair that resembled a dog out some type of animal on the sitting area near the window. The room was very clean except for that part

This was my first time visiting DC and I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel had a very nice staff and a relaxed atmosphere. It was also extremely easy to get everything situated.

It was a quick stay so not much to say but I was told that I would have parking if I signed up for the choice hotels and there was no parking whatsoever

The hotel was nice and the staff were very nice and friendly. The food at the restaurant was also good (but a bit pricey)
The main issue we had was that the whole hotel stunk of weed. Including our room. I don’t know how the management let that happen but it’s such a distracting smell through the whole building. The parking is also 55$ a night unless you can find a spot on the street.

After a short investigation, I was able to determine the room you stayed in does have working lights. Our rooms just require you have a switch at the start of your room to provide power to outlets later in the room.
