The hotel was ok far from everything no place around to eat if you don’t have a car you have to order but the food was disgusting . Parking is not included , breakfast included but the only thing they have is eggs, yogurt, muffin a few other things nothing healthy . Room was clean .

Nia and the other staff were wonderful. The area is limited in terms of restaurants and there are some rough patches nearby, but the hotel itself was completely safe impeccably clean and I cannot praise the staff more highly. They were incredibly thoughtful and polite and attentive.

Everything was great, from the Service to the Staff! I felt safe there. It was just noisy with construction possibly, noise from passing vehicles, the hotel seems to be outdated in aesthetics but the hotel served its purpose for me. Very easy checking in and not, and breakfast was given in the mornings for guests!

We always stay here when walking to echo stage. Perfect location, never have any issues aside from the fact that I wake up in pain due to their pillows being uncomfortable. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. They are not full my any means and flatten so easily. I wake up everytime with my neck and back hurting

The hotel and its staff are very good. However, the area is extremely noisy. The access to the hotel may become an issue as well.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast crew were amazing, always smiling, happy and helpful. Housekeeping missed our room 2 days in a row leaving us with no clean towels and a pile on the floor. There were no convenient places to have dinner near the property, we ended up in Maryland.

We were very happy with the hotel and staff was lovely. Was a little noisy outside with the traffic but we live in a big city and are used to that. I wouldn’t recommend for someone looking for a quiet nights sleep.

The plastic cutlery and paper plates are not something I would ever expect at any Marriott property. The teaspoon size of the only plastic spoon available for Oatmeal porridge or cereal makes it seem totally ridicoulous. In addition we need no more plastic floating around in landfills oceans streams etc. Marriott needs to be envioronmentalky friendly as well; Invest in steel cutlery and porcelain plates and a dishwashing machine if you do not have one! Also, if you have guests with Marriott status levels you should respect that wherever the stay was booked to keep good customers happy to return.

This was probably the best stay I’ve had for a hotel, room was very clean and the front desk people were welcoming and very friendly. Will be using this hotel anytime I go down to DC.

Everything was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great too! Yes, per other reviews, the road noise was there but not too bad. I am a like sleeper but was able to sleep fine. I would definitely stay here again.
