Sämtliche Stuhlpolster in der Lobby, in der auch das Frühstück ist, waren verdreckt. Die Polster auf dem Sofa waren fleckig, genauso wie der Boden. Das Lüftungsgitter im Bad war voller Staub. Die Räume verfügen teilweise wohl über keine Rollos. Abdunkeln war im Zimmer nicht möglich. Obwohl eine Halterung vorhanden war. Das Personal merkte an, dass viele Zimmer keine Rollos haben. Man gab uns dann aber ein anderes Zimmer.

As soon as i got the eleveators it smelled and going to our room there were bags with trash in the hallways.The sheets on one of the beds and sofa bed were dirty and stained. I went downstairs and the young man at the front desk was nice about it and apologized. When the housekeeping went to the room they were not so nice and talking in spanish like if we didnt understand with an attitude saying nothing was dirty. Instead of changing the sheets and blankets only one sheet was left. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that i did not want to eat the "free" breakfast and ended up checking out 1 day early and going elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Very disappointed as this was a familt trip and expedia had good reviews for this place and its cleanliness, must if been fake or paid reviwes because this place is far from clean.

The room was in good condition and the staff was accommodating. The problem was I booked a mobility accessible room because I have ALS and did not get an accessible room. No grab bars in the bathroom made taking a shower and using the toilet extremely dangerous and difficult. I did receive a shower chair when I requested it, but no effort was made to correct this. Additionally not seeing any towel policy posted in room, I left the used towels in a folded pile on the bathroom floor and returned to find them untouched. I travel to Washington often to meet legislators to advocate for ALS and will have to think twice before booking a room at this hotel.
