"My first 2 nights were horrible. I stayed in an annex type building which was like a dungeon . There was no phone and cold water coming out boiling hot. Maintenance came and resolved both quickly . However, at 3:00 am there were people screaming and slamming doors- felt like an earthquake . Just when that settled, the water pipes were moaning and squeaking loudly all morning. Then, no hot water in shower. The following night no screaming and slamming but the pipes were horrible and add some kind of drilling noise to that. I finally got moved to main tower which was satisfactory - I will never return ."
