"My daughter developed a significant rash during her stay, and the sheets felt rough and sandy. When she reported it, she was told the hotel would comp one night. When I later called to follow up, I was transferred between multiple departments, forced to repeat the story several times, and ultimately told by a supervisor that no refund had ever been offered. She also suggested that my daughter should have requested different sheets due to "allergies"—despite having no history of bedding allergies and no reason to expect a reaction. The promised callback never happened. The hotel felt outdated and not particularly clean, and several staff members were indifferent or impolite. Beautiful grounds, but poor accommodations and even worse customer service."
