Very clean and safe apartment. If I knew it was this secluded, I may have chosen an actual Hotel instead of this situation, but it was a beautiful place, great pricing, very close to the National Mall.

I genuinely enjoyed the room and view but the service, top notch. I needed an iron, brand new one provided. I needed suggestions for parking, multiple given. The staff were funny and I enjoyed talking to the ladies and young man in the office. I stayed in 623 and would have no problem coming back for ANOTHER great visit.

Great place to stay, clean and quiet, modern, full kitchen. Good area, rode the e bike right down to the Washington Monument. Close to the wharf, bus stops in front and goes to the Metro. Highly recommend.

I would stay at Placemakr at Buzzard Point again—hands down. The ambience was amazing, and the security throughout the entire area made me feel very comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Samantha was especially accommodating and helpful during my stay. My studio was super clean and aesthetically pleasing, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. I truly believe I had one of the best views of the city, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back again soon. If you’re hesitant about staying here, don’t be—this is a really great spot and hidden gem.

This is a great place. Ambiance, staff, cleanilness all exceptional. A bit out of the way from downtown. Bus route nearby. A good thing. Uber to capital area a bit steep. Neighborhood OK But surrounded by places my wife and so did not want to walk through to get to near in testaraunts. A great place if going to MLs or MlB games. Stadiums literally around the corner

We had a wonderful stay at Placemaker Buzzard in Washington, DC! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless—contactless check-in and check-out made everything super convenient with no need for manual intervention. We booked a 1BHK unit, which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The apartment had all the essential in-house amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The TV had a great selection of streaming options, which we really appreciated during our downtime. A special shout-out to the front desk staff on the night shift, who kindly helped us figure out the coffee machine near the entrance—much appreciated! Also, Samantha was extremely helpful during our check-out and made sure everything went smoothly. The surrounding area is clean, quiet, and felt very safe. While in-house parking was a bit on the pricier side, we found that street parking was usually available and convenient. The location is excellent, with all major attractions within a 2-mile radius, making it easy to explore DC without much hassle. After comparing many places, Placemaker turned out to be one of the most economical options without compromising on comfort or quality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city—great value for money, and we’ll definitely be back!
