"Location is very good, right next door to the Aquarium and a Blue Line T-stop making transit from the airport easy and quick. Be aware that the hotel charges a $35 “destination fee” which is ridiculous and includes a $20 “credit” for charging things to your room. Despite the upsides of the hotel (location, great staff), I will never stay here again due to this chump change fee."

"Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, dropped it to 64 to test it out and it would read to 68. Water from the shower would leak through the door and once showering water would be on the floor so be cautious. Plus the hotel charges daily resort fees when all fees were included through Expedia. "

"We were very pleased with this hotel and the convenience to downtown Boston. The pool and fitness facility were really nice and received free bowls of New England Clam Chowder from the restaurant which was so good! They let us check in early which saved us with three small children needing to nap. We wish we would have stayed here longer. We would love to book here again during the Boston Marathon if the prices weren't so high for the 2027 Boston Marathon. "
