"Breakfast was refill on timely manner, everything fresh..clean "

"Starting with safety: the hotel was informed the parking lot is unsafe because hard pack had not been removed so each parking spot had about a 9” bowl in the middle of a chunk of ice. The parking lot remained unsafe for the duration of checkout. No cleaning service available despite staying 3 nights. No room service is available despite there being a restaurant (which closes early). The carpet in the common areas was dingy and stinks, the carpet in the room was dingy and stinks. The shower was not fully operational (half the water poured out of the bath faucet causing the tub to drain slowly, and half the water flowed through the shower head. The towels were dingy. Only 1 full roll of toilet tissue (and 1 nearly entirely spent). These were the issues I consider common points for consideration in all hotels; the other issues are nitpicky. I highly recommend staying at an Airbnb where the owner likely has a higher standard of pride when people stay at their personal property."

"My husband and I had a great time. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. In the morning, the breakfast was delicious and served by our host. The property exceeded our expectations. We felt at home, comfortable, and well taken care of. We had great conversations with our host and other guests. We would highly recommend staying for the night or a few days."

"Paid $30 for early check in and there was no room available as it still needed to be cleaned. When I let the receptionist know that we paid the $30 fee to be able to check early. She went to say there was still no room available until I stated I paid that fee, then there was a room available. We were on the first level, walked down the stairs and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Then we we got to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom and went to dry his hands and the towel he grabbed had make up all over it. They had rolled up a dirty towel to make it seem clean. The bed was made and when we went to pull the blankets off there were crumbs and stains. The pillowcase had like sweat stains on them? We left immediately and were told they couldn’t check us out until the manager was in and he would he in at 4pm. We went back at 6pm and were told he doesn’t come in that late he will be in at 8 am in the morning the next day. We went the next day and he was not available, but we were able to get him on the day we were supposed to be checked out. He was very helpful and was apologizing. "
