When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. We did notice some areas where cleaning could be improved (some marks on bedding at the end) and rooms are quite small, but for a short visit it does whats needed, the free curry and books for reading also a nice touch!"
