"Laundry was free that was cool! I had a good check in experience with day shift but with evening shift there was a goth looking girl and she was very rude and off putting. I didn’t feel comfortable coming to the desk to ask for things or questions. Please have a better attitude! But overall I enjoyed my stay"

"When I arrived to the hotel, they put me in a room that was already occupied. Then the staff at the front desk apologized and put me in another room that I found a bug in the bed in. They then moved me to another room. They did try to make it right by comping our entire stay. We did end up checking out of the hotel a day early. "

You could hear every single thing that was going on in the lobby and even below you and above you.. the sheets were inside out. the windows had something sticky on them. the towels smelled like smoke and the homeless issue outside and around is insane. "Great location on the waterfront in Vancouver. Close to several good restaurants, including Dos Alas Latin Kitchen which we thoroughly enjoyed and attached to 13 Coins, an old favorite. It's a great area to walk along the waterfront. Our room was nice, with a view of the water. All of the staff at Hotel Indigo were extremely helpful and we can't wait to return!"
