"The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only problem I had and it was a very big problem when I got charged over $600 where someone charged my room for their big fun that night. Shout out to Becca who was a great help in sorting this out for me. She should be commended for being a special employee."

"Check in was easy & quick. We were running late but timed it just right since dinner was being served. We were able to make it to the concert in time. We normally stay at the Drury hotel if there is one in the area. It is very convenient to be able to eat dinner & breakfast were we stay. Thank you to the staff for being very helpful."

"This place was immaculately clean - maybe too clean as we had a kind of chemical cleaner smell to our room. That’s actually my only real complaint about the property itself. It’s cute, well maintained, easy to park, and convenient. We did not find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful, though. The girl at check in seemed a little annoyed at having to deal with us, and didn’t give any information -just gave us the keys. The next morning I came down looking for water. There’s a small grab and grow breakfast of fruit and cereal bars which was really nice. But when I was looking for something, the woman at the desk was talking loudly on a personal cell phone call and didn’t bother to acknowledge me at all. After five minutes, I just gave up. We’d definitely stay here again. We loved the concept and the big clean rooms! Just wish there wasn’t a cleaner smell or an unprofessional staff."
