The toilet seat and bathtub were peeling and scraped, and the front door was difficult to close. The heater was so loud that it woke me up every half hour throughout the night, and the TV connectivity was unreliable. To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly, and I was incorrectly charged at the front desk for a room I had already pre-paid for via Hotels.com.
