Friendly and welcoming staff; it was fairly quiet at the hotel as it was midweek but they still had a full hot breakfast with lots of options.

The staff were amazing, especially Jill. So kind and friendly. We stayed for 7 days and it was the best hotel experience we’d ever had.

The pool and jacuzzi were clean and great for entertaining the kids. Eating options were easily accessible. The service was at check in was fast even though it was busy.

Cozy home feel
Cozy home away from home stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only negative was that the tv in the sitting area wouldnt work with the remote.

This was a good place to stay for a short visit up to the area. We were there when it was very cold, so that might have impacted how quiet it was, but the place was quiet, room clean, etc. We were disappointed to discover that the pool and hot tub were out of order, but everything else seemed to be in good working order.

The elevator was broke, the pool was out of service, and the automatic front doors didn't work correctly. There was a sign on the front door that asked you to "manually" open and close the doors. There was also no laundry service on site. I was told to walk across the parking lot to They Teddy motel for laundry services.

This property is new and in great condition. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was out of order our first night but we were allowed to use their sister property across the parking lot. I would stay again.
