Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The place is safe. Staffs are extremely courteous, professional, attentive and helpful. "The Sevena City Hotel was the perfect base for our visit to Kandy. It was an easy walk to city center and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth. We were close to the Kandy Esala Perahera routes but far enough away to not feel caught up in the chaos. I would highly recommend the hotel if visiting Kandy."

"The hotel is located very convenient near the temple of the sacred tooth relic. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We came by car and could park at the hotel car parking in front of the hotel. From there we were incredibly friendly and sufficient guided through the whole process. Within no time we were in our rooms.. with a nice few and wonderful balcony. The diner and breakfast were wonderful. The owner of the hotel can be proud on this staff group!! Also the Barista across the street was a big plus."
