The hotel room was clean and overall the experience was fine, however I don’t like the short check-in hours and knowing the fact that you are really in your own the whole time meaning there was never anybody there to help you. I guess it’s “normal” but coming from the US this is something we are not used to and had trouble navigating. Just a warning: be prepared and do research ahead of time to ensure you know these unique check-in instructions and codes to know etc."
