"We will start with the room. It was not cleaned. Blankets had stains, crumbs on the phone. Speaking of phone. The phone didn’t work found that out around midnight when we woke up and it was 80 degrees and our AC stopped working. Went down to the desk was handed batteries to change them myself. Fan in bathroom ran non stop sounds like the blades were going to rip out of the wall. Breakfast my daughter was eating her eggs and pulled out paper. Never again and not worth 500 for 2 nights. "

"Beds were clean which we were thankful for because the rest of the room felt pretty dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the a/c unit was so loud and never stopped running. Our room was right next to the elevator so we it was extremely loud. The entrance at the back of the building was filled with cigarette buds and garbage. It was disgusting and we won’t be staying again."

"Hotel has no AC and no one tells you about it!!! deskfront lady very rude to everyone asking for a fan telling us to call corporate, then needed toilet paper and they told us to come get it or wait an hour because they were busy doing something else, horrible! worst stay ever, stay somewhere else! "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and outgoing. I stayed two different weekends two weeks apart and both experiences were good. I was able to relax, enjoy the hot tub and chill knowing I didnt have to make a latenight/early morning 50+ mile drives in snow/ice. Buffet meant i didnt have to stop for breakfast though there's a Machine Shed restaurant across the parking lot I'd I'd wanted a heartier breakfast."
