When I needed distilled water that I could not find at any of the local drugstores, the Bellman went out to buy it for me. Room was cleaned daily. We asked for ice to be delivered on our way out to dinner but it never arrived. Had never seen a front and back lobby/registration before. Was a little confusing. Front desk staff professional. Bellman who met us at the garage was very nice and helpful. "
