"The room was dirty. Bugs everywhere on the floor, especially the bathroom. Tons of bugs floating in the toilet. Did not get to shower at the location bc the water itself was brownish. Additionally, the towels in the room were either dirty or badly stained an orange color, almost like makeup. The stains weren't hard to see or on the backside of the towel or anything like that. Whoever hung them in the room could clearly see that they were discolored and appeared dirty, but they left them for me anyway. There is a light switch right when you walk in the room, but it doesn't work or turn anything on. The only light comes from the lamp on the bedside table and you have to walk all the way into the room to use it. Not very convenient and definitely doesn't make you feel safe if you are arriving after dark like I was. Door locks, but still jiggles. Someone could very easily shoulder their way into the room. I did not enjoy my stay here. The room was filthy. It's very obvious that they don't get cleaned often. I'm not picky for hotels. I travel for work and am so tired after that I don't use most amenities. All I really require is a clean bed, a clean place to shower, and feeling like I am relatively safe and I'm happy. This location provided none of that. Location is definitely a reminder that you get what you pay for. It'll do if you really just need a roof over your head in a pinch, but I'd advise going elsewhere if you can just on the basis of cleanliness alone "

"Hotel was nice. We were too early to get breakfast (expected that) Shuttle was convenient. It was a super long walk to the room though. Would have been nice if we could have gotten in the convention center entrance."

"Rize is a great restaurant! The only additional requests I would ask is that a small personal fridge be an option, or an option to clean the mini bar since it’s not weighted. As well as an option to include a microwave in the room. Though not all stays are extended beyond a day or two, families still love to stay here and may be staying for a few days. This would support those extended stays, just as options to be added into the room, or in the mini bars case, the fridge to be cleared. "
