Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division...

By 1889 the mill was fitted with a turbine and roller milling machinery by Henry Simon of Manchester; the turbine was appropriate as the Torridge is liable to flood.
