"They never sent a confirmation email with the code for the mailbox (I was told that was a Hotels.com/Expedia problem as they sent them a useless email to get a hold of me. When we arrived we could not get into the hotel. If not for a very helpful hotel guest who called for us as our US phones could not dial the German phone number on the door. We got a code/then the key and went to our room only to find 1 king bed instead of the 3 twins we booked. They had given us the wrong room. Two of us slept on the floor and also only had 2 towels for the morning. "
