"The hotel was decent enough however, it was over priced in general. It could use some upgrading. Water didn’t get warm in the shower. Wanted to have late check out but it was ridiculously pricey."

"During our day, nobody cleaned our room. I requested for baby crib which they placed it, but wasn’t made it when I asked them to send somebody to make the crate. They said you’ll have to do by yourself.."

"Nice and clean hotel"

"The bed was comfy. The pool area was fun for our daughter. The rest was not a great experience. The gentleman that checked us in mumbled to us, didn’t explain anything (the other employee next to him checking other guests in gave a friendly in depth explanation of everything). And when I asked him two questions he gave me a one word answer and rolled his eyes both times. We were placed on a floor entirely booked by grad students who threw a party on the entire third floor which was shut down by police. When I called the front desk to ask what was going on and that it needed to be sorted out I was snapped at and told “I don’t know what you want us to do, the police are checking it out now.” Definitely one of the craziest and confusing experiences of customer service and security I have ever experienced while traveling."
