The hotel is very old, however the staff do a great job to ensure guests are taken care of. Plus the two bedroom option comes with 2.5 baths. Only one negative is the portable AC unit, but that’s not that much of an issue."
"Lovely hotel in an idyllic setting by Lake Lucerne. Only a one night stay on our journey from Italy to Uk which was a shame as the hotel is so good. Nice room, views over the lake, comfortable, clean and a lovely breakfast next morning. Good selection of continental breakfast plus scrambled egg or boiled eggs. Coffee machine provided the best cappucino ever. We arrived too late in the evening to use the restaurant but it looked lovely .Reception team are excellent too so friendly & efficient. We will definitely visit again. Good parking too"
