Owners did not want pets staying at their property. The first room we were given was horrible - urine and mold smell, air fresheners sitting all around. We complained and were moved. Entire hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, and the breakfast had extremely limited selection. Ice machine had no ice. We were told it was due to construction workers staying at the property using all the ice and breakfast.

Construction on adjacent property. Cracked bathtub so water was everywhere and they even knew about it but still rented the room to me. Took a long time to get hot water.

Night desk attendant was very rude. Implied that 2 men needed a room with 2 beds. Also saud we had to wslk our pet out a side door and not out through the libby. I called several times to ensure this was a pet friendly hotel. It is not.

Bed Bugs. I’m Pissed!!!!
It’s now 4:25am. I woke up around 3:25 itching all over. I felt raises on my skin. I informed the front desk. He gave me a room upstairs. Went to store to get Benadryl. Not sure if the other room has bed bugs also. I’m pissed. I want a refund plus!!!!! I have a video with a bug crawling in the bed.

I’m in the fire protection business. During check in I noticed that the fire protection system was completely shut down. I questioned the owner about the system and she tried to tell me that the system is fully functional. I told that her that her system is not functioning and she needs to have it checked but she continued to convince me that it is. I didn’t tell her that I was in the fire protection industry and didn’t want to argue with her about it. I don’t feel safe staying at a property that has no fire protection.

Hello, due to the weather we had a power outage that morning. We wanted the technician to come out to make sure everything was okay but as it is a small town they couldn't come immediately. It is currently fully functioning. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The hotel was an easy check in. The room was big and clean. The shower was powerful and the WiFi was amazing. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also had a good breakfast.

My son and myself got sick from the mold in the room. Ceiling in bathroom falling down from leak in ceiling. Mold in ceiling and wall. Beds uncomfortable.

Dirty hotel :(
As soon as you walk into the hotel, it smells dirty. Then you get to the rooms hallway and it smells even worse like cigarettes everywhere :( The room was very dirty, Carpet smelled and had Crumbs everywhere. Worst of all the bed sheets were dirty , bed uncomfortable and more disgusting were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. We didn’t even want to use the restroom or the shower

They did not clean my room for 3 days and they say free breakfast they had a honey bun and cupcake and a banana for their breakfast and it was on a Saturday the rest of the 4 days I was there they had nothing.The place smelled like mold I would never stay there again.

I rented 2 rooms. They were excellent in being spacious, the beds being very comfortable and everything in the rooms were easily accessible. My only complaint was the bathtub seemed a little dingy. I wore shower shoes, so I was ok. The others in my party had no complaints. The only real concern we had was the hotel advertised free continental breakfast. We were there 2 nights and we only saw fresh coffee. When we were checking out the third day, one of our group overheard a guest go up to the front desk and ASK for a breakfast bag. We were never told that you had to ask for a breakfast bag upon arriving nor was it displayed anywhere, that we needed to request one at the front desk. Since the front desk knew we were staying for two days, we were curious as to why we were not offered the breakfast bags. All we had initially was fresh coffee. We were given breakfast bags upon checking out by chance but I was disappointed that we weren't offered the food in the beginning.

The AC unit in the room did not work and after telling the front desk that it was still not working.... Then he got upset and did not even bother putting me in another room just told me he would refund me the money but he thought it would be a good idea to go somewhere else... very nice staff and went out of their way to help us after a mess with Expedia reservation. I had one reference number and hotel did not have that number, somehow after much time, the young lady found a number she could accept. Hotel was remodeled two years ago and that is nice but it needs a really good cleaning, especially the bathroom floors, horrible. Bleach would do wonders as floors have not been moped in some time. Through cleaning though out motel would be very helpful. With such nice family hate to give such a poor review but hotel needs a major cleaning.
