"Staff very helpful, very clean hotel ,nice lobby to sit down and relax ,good air con in rooms ,bed very comfy. Prices at bar were a bit pricey for water and minerals but cheap for beer.public toilets in hotel were very clean. 10 mins on train to get to town ,would recommend this hotel for a stay in vienna"

"We had a great stay overall. Nice decorating touches, breakfast was very good, very clean, quiet and location was excellent. The only issues were the shower/bath arrangement was kinda funky. Play music while the other goes to the toily and hopefully you’re not shy about showering. The promise of coffee and tea anytime…NOT! The galley’s as they are called don’t really exist. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and I would stay again knowing what I do."

"Cuando llegue casi a media noche por las horas de mi vuelo, debería de haber estado hecha la cama de mis hijos porque era un cuarto para 4 y no estaba, no lograban conseguir sabanas ni almohadas, yo tuve que hacer la cama cuando lograron encontrar algo, eso si estuvo mal por parte de housekeeping"
