"The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills."

"There was so much wrong with the room. The toilet wasn’t clean when we got there, the shower handles were detached from the wall, the bathroom light was gone, allowing for moisture (and almost assuredly mold) to grow in the exposed ceilings. Worst of all the towels weren’t properly washed and I got pink eye from them. Also breakfast had barely any food, even when coming down early. They didn’t replace any food after it was eaten, even two hours before breakfast was supposed to be over. I expected a lot better."

"Clean and comfortable but ... Bad road noise on back side of building. TV had no apps and no way to cast any apps from your phone. No Netflix?? That was a first for this modern age."

"Michael, the receptionist, was great! Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and to our liking. Property was clean and taken care of. Great location and parking was no trouble and free. Would stay here while in Austin, everytime. "

"My sheets were not changed towels not taken out. I had to take the towels and put it outside."
