"We checked in and the property is beautiful and its a wonderful place however check in was a bit unsatisfactory, we were sold access to the Spa but when we went there we had no services available, and we were told the train station was 10 minutes away and they had a shuttle to get us there but upon check out we were told we need to reserve the shuttle ahead , we ended up at a bus stop for an hr in the middle of nowhere, not very accommodating after we just stayed at a very high end hotel. The restaurant was wonderful and we still enjoyed the stay, just a bit disappointed!!!"
"It’s a lovely hotel just outside Luxembourg. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it."
"Had a lovely experience at hotel St. Fiacre. The staff is very friendly and everyone speaks multiple languages, making communication easy. I traveled with an adult son and a teenager, we had a very spacious room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the Bourscheid Castle on one side, and a view of the sunset over the town on the other. Having air conditioning in the room was GREAT! This summer there has been a heat wave in Europe. We had a mechanical issue with the heater on one side of the room being on, but it was repaired very quickly as soon as we reported it to the staff.
Absolutely plan to reserve a table for dinner at the restaurant of the hotel! We tried the schnitzel and it was absolutely delicious! The service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was also good. There was also information available in the front lobby regarding hikes and places to visit in the area. What a great hotel, definitely recommend!"
"This was a really beautiful location. The dinner was one of the best we had in all of Europe. On the down side it was the hottest day in Luxemborg in 25 years. There is no air conditioning and there wasn't even a fan in our third floor room, it was stifling hot"
"Nice breakfast. Good location and well maintained hotel. Newly renovated and very clean. Hotel is great but only beware that there are no elevators so not wheelchair friendly. Staff is super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed it. Thanks for everything."
