"Right off the 401. Great breakfast, lots of restaurants and stores close by. "

"The room was dirty, there were bugs in our bathroom, sheets had stains. The staff were rude. Rooms were hot with no temperature control. Pool was open, but dirty. Towels were scarce. They ran out of shampoo, the bottles we received were half empty when we checked in."

"Hotel is decent for the price. Brown water comes out of the hot water taps until you let them run. :/"

"Beautiful room, including a soaker tub... unfortunately, the water was lukewarm! Also, given what I had read about the Chef and the restaurant staff, I found the food (dinner and breakfast) quite mediocre. But the grounds and buildings were lovely, and I would probably return."

"Tired room. Broken lampshade, curtains partially unhooked. Easy parking. "

"The fridge started to make noise in the middle of the night. I had to unplug it to sleep."

"Great breakfast. No chairs on the balcony ( due to previous weather) however We requested 2 chairs and a very nice lady brought them upstairs for us she cleaned them as they were in storage. We were very appreciative. Also the TV was a little difficult to adjust and a member of the staff showed us how to adjust it. Very kindly. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. View excellent from The Rosebud suite. Friendly staff."
