We Loved the people skills so beautiful your staff. Dinning was exquisite luxurious. Ficilities were faultless. The service of your valets was excellent. Loved the experience of the access lounge. We would have to rate this the loveliest hotel we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at a number of very nice hotels). From the moment we walked in (at which point, instead of having to find the check-in desk and possibly wait in a queue, we were greeted personally and our bags were taken up to the room immediately), to the farewell chats and thank yous, everything about this hotel was meticulous, friendly, thoughtful ... and delicious (we had breakfast every morning, and ate once at the restaurant and once in the lobby lounge). Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Great location

A very comfortable bed..like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were all friendly.I stayed here because of the location and the pool area. The buffet breakfast was average but the coffee was terrible and it took far too long to arrive from somewhere near the lobby.
