"My family and I enjoyed the size of the space. It was very clean. We didn’t like that we had small children running back and forth above us. It was loud. It would have been better if the sheets and blanket needed for the pull out couch were just in the unit. We didn’t think of it until it was too late to ask. We will return but definitely ask for the top floor."

"We reached out to the Hotel prior to our arrival for assistance in securing a dining reservation Brian was extremely helpful in making this happen Once we arrived and checked out the property we inquired about adding on an additional nights stay. The front desk worked there magic and we ended up staying an additional evening Kennebunkport is truly a magical raft coast Summer town destination, a must see stop along an easy coast road trip. Good for the soul, fresh salt air and sea views, along with plenty of lobster and seafood"

"The room was very clean and we loved the kitchenette. Parking was easy and felt secure. We couldnt get the TV to work it kept saying no signal, but we didnt call the office because it wasnt a huge priority. Staff were friendly.. when I called to confirm they seemed a little disorganized, I think there system was down. Dont judge a book by the cover type of place.. the room was much nicer than we thought by the look of the place so very pleased overall."

"Very nice - if cozy rooms in a great location for me. I was traveling for business and this property is much more geared towards Summer tourist as it is on the ME coast - but the price was great for the area so I booked it. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and in great condition. Nice hot water for shower was also appreciated. My only complaint was that my room had a door connecting to the adjacent room and even with the door closed I could a lot of what was going on next door - better sound isolation would have been nice."
