"Room was clean but I got a handicapped room that I did not want. Shower was awful no pressure. Breakfast was awesome. Worth the stay for that"

"Pet friendly, but with the snow there was no area for our dog. The hotel needs a remodel. We had issues with our bill.Breakfast could have a few more items. "

"The room was nice. Staff were amazing. The hot tub in the room was broken. Needs fixing. Hot water didn’t always work. The pool room had an awful smell. But the water was worrisome. Our suits and bodies reeked of diesel fuel. When I brought up my concern upon checkout they said they had just painted and it was safe. But I had to wash our suits multiple times to try and get the smell out, and they still have it. Same with our bodies. Multiple showers and baths for kids and could still smell it on them. I didn’t want to disappoint our children. As it was the main reason we booked there, the indoor pool, and hot tub in room. But I am/was very worried about what we were swimming in. "

"Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The motel is quiet and away from the main tourist area yet only a short drive away. The comfort of the beds was my only concern.They really should consider new matresses."
