"We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "

The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. "We stayed at the Hotel Alpina (H-Hotel property) in August 2025 for a night. We were upgraded to a Jr Suite and the room was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and had breathtaking views of the mountains from the Balcony. Morning breakfast was also very good, loved how the hotel was eco friendly with minimal to no use of plastic. "
"Lovely hotel in the center of town. two minute walk to the train station. Great older hotel with modern rooms and brand new bathrooms.
We were a little disappointed that the pool was rather cold and the spa was boarded up. No hottub after a long day hiking.
Breakfast comes with the stay and it was fabulous. Free coffeee, cake and other snacks all day. Great bar area, although because they don't have a restaurant, you have to ask for drinks at the front reception. "
